Matt made his ARCA debut at Daytona in February, 2008, but he is not new to racing. Veteran of the USAR Hooters Pro Cup Series, NASCAR Nationwide Series, NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, NASCAR sanctioned late models and UARA. Matt is driving full time in the ARCA/REMAX Series in the #46 Car for Clement Racing. Matts Crew Chief and father is longtime NASCAR team owner Travis Carter.
